By choosing high-purity silver, you are not only wearing a durable and valuable material, but also a piece that breathes authenticity, honors artisanal tradition, and connects with cultural heritage.

Tips to maintain its shine

Store it in its case when not in use.
Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, or chemicals.
Wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing.

Oxidation is a natural process that may appear even after 6–12 months, even with the best care.

When this happens, bring it back: we offer a maintenance service to restore your piece’s light.

1. What materials are AMANÁ jewels made of?

All our pieces are crafted from 950 silver and, in some cases, 1000 silver. We work with high-purity noble metals to ensure quality, durability, and a unique shine.

2. Does silver tarnish?

Yes, tarnishing is a natural process that occurs between 6 and 12 months after purchase, even with the best care. When it happens, you can bring your AMANÁ piece and our maintenance service will restore it to its original shine.

3. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship throughout Colombia and also offer international shipping.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

In Colombia, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. For international orders, it’s between 10 and 20 business days.

5. What should I do if my jewel arrives damaged?

Contact us within the first 5 days after receiving it, and we will resolve the case with either a replacement or repair.

6. What inspires AMANÁ?

Our jewelry is inspired by the fishing net (atarraya) of the Magdalena River—a symbol of community, tradition, and connection with nature.

7. How do I know my ring size?

All our rings are open, meaning they are adjustable to fit your finger comfortably and securely.

8. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, all AMANÁ pieces come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Terms and conditions

1. Store information

AMANÁ is a brand of handcrafted jewelry in 950 and 1000 silver, inspired by artisanal knowledge at risk of disappearing. All our pieces are handmade, which means there may be slight variations in texture, shape, or size compared to the photos shown in our store.

2. Prices and payments

Orders are processed once payment is accepted.

Payments are received through Mercadopago.

3. Shipping

We ship throughout Colombia and internationally.

Estimated delivery time in Colombia is 3 to 7 business days; internationally, between 10 and 20 business days.

AMANÁ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

4. Exchanges and returns

We accept exchanges for manufacturing defects within 5 business days after receiving the order.

We do not offer exchanges or returns for improper use, natural wear, or silver tarnishing (a normal process of the material).

The customer assumes shipping costs in cases of exchanges not attributable to AMANÁ.

5. Warranty

All AMANÁ pieces carry a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to impact, misuse, exposure to chemicals, or natural wear.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, texts, and content on this site are the property of AMANÁ. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

7. Data privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information and using it only to process orders and send you updates if you authorize it. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
